Can't launch parsing

Why can’t I launch parsing by competitor/hashtag/ active users?

Check accounts that you use for parsing processes on validity. Those accounts should NOT be linked with any additional services such as anti-captcha, SMS verification and so on. Also, double-check your logins and passwords for the parsing accounts.

Make sure you have imported your competitors in the proper format: user names ( not IDs or links!!) should be written down in column.

Hashtags must be imported without “#” symbol and written down in column.
