Anti-captcha does not work

Follow next steps to fix the issue:

1. Go to anti-captcha.com and top up your balance by $1
2. Open account settings on the website and click “recognition” tab
3. Increase maximum bid to $5/1000 and turn 100% recognition on
4. Click “account” tab in the settings window and copy your unique ID
5. Open Tooligram, go to settings and paste the ID into the designated field
