Active, logs are empty

How come it states that my task is “active” while the Logs are empty?

Follow next steps to fix the issue:

1. Restart the app
2. Add and launch accounts WITHOUT proxy
3. Add and launch accounts WITH proxy

Also, you might want to check your proxy servers if they are still up and running.
